KUKA Aktiengesellschaft's 2011 Annual General Meeting |
Over 600 shareholders and guests met at Augsburg Messehalle for the Annual General Meeting of KUKA Aktiengesellschaft on May 26, 2011.
In his speech Dr. Till Reuter, CEO of KUKA Aktiengesellschaft, gave an overview of the Group's development: "A year and a half ago the Executive Board took up its work with the aim of continuing to develop KUKA into a technology company marked by innovation and strong earnings potential. The strategic and operational course has now been set. We have demonstrated that we are able to systematically and quickly implement our strategies and objectives. KUKA is back on track and is growing profitably."
All resolution items passed with a large majority. Shareholders overwhelmingly approved the actions of the Executive Board and Supervisory Board during the 2010 financial year. Details of the voting results will be published on KUKA AG's website at www.kuka-ag.com.
