The Ordinary Annual General Meeting of KUKA AG will be held on June 06, 2012 at 10:00 am at the "Kongress am Park Augsburg" Congress Center, Gögginger Str. 10, 86159 Augsburg.

The invitation to the Annual General Meeting including the agenda has been publicly announced on April 19, 2012 in the German Federal Gazette (“Bundesanzeiger”). In addition, all shareholders of KUKA AG will receive their personal invitation to the Annual General Meeting (including the agenda) from their depository bank.
