Directors' dealings (Section 15a of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG)) |

Persons exercising management functions for an issuer of shares are obligated, pursuant to section 15a of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG), to notify both the issuer and the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) if they conduct business of their own with shares in the company or with financial instruments related to these shares. The same obligation also applies to certain persons in a close relationship with said management personnel.
