Corporate Governance

It is the standard practice of KUKA to operate in accordance with the principles of the German Corporate Governance Code and the applicable versions of the transparency and public disclosure legislation. Furthermore, the application of these regulations is continuously monitored and intensified. This also applies to the interaction between the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board.
