Corporate Governance |
The German Corporate Governance Codex consists of the fundamental statutory regulations pertaining to the management and monitoring of German listed companies and contains internationally and nationally recognized standards for good and responsible business administration.
The aim of the Codex is to make the German Corporate Governance system transparent and comprehensible. It is intended to promote the confidence of international and national investors, customers, employees and the general public in the management and monitoring of German listed companies.
